About Me

I'm Kaya and I coach women over 40 who have burned the candle at both ends for long enough and are ready for a change.

I started coaching after I saw the dramatic impact of changing my own diet.

I was tired all the time, had major brain fog, acid reflux, and more. 

When I shifted my diet to include more whole foods, the fog began to clear and many of my symptoms were gone within weeks. I didn't go into it trying to lose weight, but I did. I was amazed at how much better I felt. 

After this experience, I made it my mission to help women like you eat better and feel better than you have in years - without calorie counting, macros, or intense workouts.
